Relationships: what happens between us
A relationship is not only what I feel or what you do. It is also the pattern that forms between us.
Relationships can bring belonging, delight, friction, obligation, safety, uncertainty and change — sometimes all in the same relationship.
PentOme keeps Feeling visible because human experience is shaped not only internally but between people.
Separate experience from interpretation
I can notice hurt without immediately knowing another person's intention. I can notice distance without yet knowing what it means. This distinction creates room for clearer communication.
Thinking offers interpretations; Feeling shows impact; Body may register tension or ease; Desire shows what we want from the connection; Doing shows the pattern we actually enact.
Boundaries are relational information
A boundary is not simply a wall. It can clarify what I am willing to participate in, what I need, and what I will do when a limit is crossed.
Healthy boundaries do not guarantee agreement. They make responsibility clearer.
Patterns belong between people too
Pursuing and withdrawing, rescuing and depending, avoiding and exploding — repeated interaction can become familiar enough that each person helps cue the next turn.
Awareness creates a chance to notice the sequence, not merely assign a villain. That does not erase harm or unequal responsibility; it makes the pattern easier to see accurately.
