INSTALL PENTOME

Use PentOme like an app

You can add PentOme to your phone, tablet or computer for quicker access. It opens in its own app-like window, while still using the same PentOme account.

iPhone or iPad

Open pento.me in Safari. Tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, then confirm Add.

Android

Open pento.me in Chrome. Open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen, then follow the prompt.

Mac

Safari on macOS Sonoma 14 or later: open pento.me, choose File → Add to Dock, then confirm. Older Macs: Safari does not provide this web-app feature, so bookmark PentOme for quick access or use a supported browser if it offers an install option.

Windows

Open pento.me in Chrome or Edge. Choose the install option in the address bar or browser menu, then confirm the installation.

The exact wording can vary by device and browser. Installing PentOme this way does not require an app-store download.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do I say to PentOme?

Anything real. A decision, feeling, habit, relationship, goal, question about yourself, or simply “I don’t know where to start.”

Do I need to understand The Five first?

No. PentOme should be useful before you know anything about its model. The Core Matrix and Principles are there if you want to explore how it works.

Is PentOme therapy?

No. PentOme is designed for reflection, personal development and practical self-understanding. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, emergency or crisis care.

Why does PentOme ask questions?

Because useful reflection often starts by understanding what is happening before rushing to advice. You can always ask why a question is being asked.

Does PentOme remember me?

With a signed-in account, your personal information stays connected to you. Free uses conversations active in the most recent 30 days for automatic continuity; Personal can draw on relevant retained history. You remain in control of what you keep, edit or delete.

Can PentOme be wrong?

Yes. AI can misunderstand, make mistakes or offer an unhelpful interpretation. Treat its reflections as something to consider, not unquestionable truth.

What are the Core Principles?

The Core Matrix / The Five is 01 in PentOme’s overall architecture and acts as the foundation. The four Core Principles are 02 Duality & Origins, 03 The Effective Three, 04 Cycles of Growth and 05 Being Human.

How can I give feedback?

Use Feedback for general observations, wording, ideas, problems or something you found useful. You can submit without signing in and optionally give permission for an email reply. Use Contact us for account or product support.

How do I contact a person?

If you need a response from the PentOme team, use Contact us. Account and product enquiries go to the team. Future optional human conversations have a separate register-interest form; appointments are not available yet.

Is PentOme AI?

Yes. AI powers the conversation. PentOme adds its own human-first conversation design, The Five and Awareness, personal continuity, confirmation controls, Journey, Journal and Actions around that AI.

Is PentOme a therapist?

No. PentOme supports reflection and self-understanding, but it is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care or an emergency service.

What does PentOme remember?

Signed-in PentOme can use confirmed Me, Journey, Journal, Insights, Actions and relevant conversation history to create continuity. It should use that context selectively rather than treating every passing thought as a permanent truth. See Privacy & Memory for how this currently works.
