Both plans give you the everyday tools to explore, save and act. Personal adds a larger reply allowance and a longer view of your conversations. PentOme uses relevant context selectively; it does not read every past conversation into every reply.

A successfully generated conversation reply or image uses one reply. Your messages, reading saved content, built-in account or date lookups, and failed AI requests do not use your allowance. Background checks for contextual suggestions do not use your monthly replies and have a separate daily limit.
Reply allowances renew on the first day of each calendar month at midnight UTC, including on annual subscriptions. Unused replies do not roll over. Account shows your used and remaining replies and renewal date.
Your saved content and everyday tools remain available. New AI replies pause until your allowance renews. Free users can upgrade to Personal; replies already used that month count towards the new 1,000-reply allowance.
You keep the same account, with nothing to export or import. Free uses conversations active in the most recent 30 days for automatic continuity. Personal can draw on relevant retained history. Both plans let you read saved conversations and deliberately saved Journal entries.
Cancel through Account’s subscription portal. Personal continues until the end of the paid period, then your account returns to Free. Cancellation does not delete saved content. Automatic conversation continuity and the reply allowance return to Free limits; resubscribing restores Personal access to relevant history still retained on your account.
Yes. Choose £9.99 monthly or £99 annually in Account. Both include 1,000 replies each calendar month. Manage available billing changes through the subscription portal; Stripe shows their timing and any payment or credit before confirmation.
Yes. The allowance supports individual conversations, rather than automated bulk use, account sharing or using PentOme as an API. See the acceptable-use terms.
Signed-in information belongs to your account. Normal Admin does not provide routine access to Journal, Me or Actions, and human review of Talk is optional. See Privacy & Memory for details and controls.
Your existing information stays with your account. Personal gives you more replies and longer conversation continuity, while the everyday tools remain available on Free.
