Thinking
Thought, reason, imagination, interpretation and attention.
What am I telling myself?
The Core Matrix is PentOme’s extended map of five centres of intelligence, together with the reference vocabulary PentOme uses to recognise how those centres may appear in ordinary life. It helps create a richer picture without turning a person into a type or score. They overlap, influence one another, contradict one another and change from moment to moment.
Thought, reason, imagination, interpretation and attention.
What am I telling myself?
Action, movement, learned skill, behaviour and habit.
What am I doing — or avoiding?
Body, sensation, safety, energy and automatic response.
What is my body telling me?
Feeling, mood, relationship, connection and meaning.
What am I feeling?
Wanting, pleasure, creativity, sexuality, motivation and aliveness.
What am I drawn toward?
Awareness can notice thinking, feeling, acting, sensing and wanting without being identical to any one of them. PentOme uses that space to help you see the whole picture.
Explore Awareness →The Core Principles help us explore how those experiences interact, where tensions may come from, what can emerge and how change develops over time.
