Instinct, seen from different perspectives.
Begin with what Blue — Instinct means within PentOme, then explore its connections with the natural world, related ideas and published research. Each perspective is kept distinct, so connections can be explored without treating them as the same thing.
Blue represents Instinct: immediate sensation, physical signals, energy, tension, comfort and the information present in embodied experience.
The body may contribute information before we have words for it, but PentOme does not assume every bodily sensation is a reliable verdict. A racing heart, tiredness or tension can have many causes. The invitation is to notice the signal and place it alongside the other parts of experience.
Blue asks: ‘What am I sensing?’ and ‘What might my body be contributing to the picture?’
