Terms for using PentOme
These terms describe the PentOme Free and Personal early-access service. By creating an account or using PentOme, you agree to use the service responsibly and within these terms.
Early Access
PentOme is an evolving early-access product. Features may change as the service develops, and interruptions or errors can occur. PentOme Free is provided without charge or payment details. Personal is available at £9.99 monthly or £99 annually. The Pricing page describes current allowances and included features.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Personal subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen monthly or annual interval unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage payment details, invoices, available billing changes and cancellation from Account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Personal continues until the paid period ends. Returning to Free changes reply allowance and automatic conversation continuity, without deleting saved content. Reply allowances renew each calendar month at midnight UTC and do not roll over. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact us for billing questions or refund requests.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises another person’s privacy or the security of PentOme. PentOme may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity or serious misuse.
What PentOme is
PentOme is an AI-powered personal intelligence and reflection service. It can help you explore questions, understand yourself, organise thoughts and support actions. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate and should be considered rather than treated as unquestionable fact.
Important boundaries
PentOme is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service or substitute for appropriately qualified professional help. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or emergency decisions.
Your content
You remain responsible for material you enter into PentOme. You should only upload or enter material you have the right to use. PentOme processes relevant content to provide the service, including AI responses and personal continuity, as described in Privacy & Memory and AI & Transparency.
Acceptable use
You must not use PentOme unlawfully, attempt to compromise the service or other accounts, automate or overload the service without permission, or use it to facilitate abuse or harm. The Acceptable Use page gives more detail.
Availability and changes
Early Access is provided on an as-available basis. PentOme may change, add or remove features as it develops. Where a material change affects how personal information is handled or introduces payment, users should be given appropriate notice and choices.
