Why PentOme remembers
Memory exists to create continuity: to avoid starting from zero and help you notice what matters over time. PentOme should use saved context when relevant rather than unnecessarily repeating your history.

PentOme uses AI and personal continuity to help you reflect over time. This page explains what the current Early Access product stores, remembers and makes available.
What is stored
Signed-in accounts: supported conversations, Me/profile information, Journal entries, Insights, Journey items and Actions are stored server-side against your unique account ID. Your browser may also keep local preferences or a cache for resilience; where server storage is supported, it is the source of truth.
Your account also includes information needed to operate it, such as your email address, password credential, role/plan information and account activity information used by the service.
You confirm personal meaning
AI may notice a possible value, belief, goal, insight or reflection. That does not automatically become a confirmed personal truth. Where confirmation controls are provided, you can accept, correct or reject what PentOme has noticed.
Who can see it
Normal Admin pages do not provide routine access to your Journal, Me or Actions. Human review of Talk conversations is optional and off by default. If you allow it, only eligible future Talk conversations started after consent are available in the consent-only review view. Turning review off removes them from that view.
AI processing
PentOme’s Talk experience is powered by an AI service. Relevant conversation and selected personal context can be sent to that service to produce a response. PentOme adds its own conversation rules, personal-data controls, continuity and Five-based architecture around the AI.
Correcting & deleting
Current controls let you edit or clear supported information in Me and delete supported conversations, Journal entries and Actions. PentOme should not treat something you reject as a confirmed personal truth.
Sensitive information
PentOme is designed to be cautious with sensitive history. Sensitive older material should not be surfaced automatically merely because it exists; the current conversation should make that context relevant first.
Human review is a choice
Allowing conversation review is optional and is not required to use the normal Personal Free experience. Consent applies from the point you enable it rather than retrospectively. Product support should not require access to unrelated private reflections.
Optional usage and journeys
In Account settings you may choose to share usage metadata: pages opened, feature requests and outcomes, approximate visits, device category and app version. This is off by default and separate from conversation review. Only the owner can see account-level usage. No conversation or Journal text, typed searches, filenames or URL query strings are included. Usage is displayed for a 90-day window, with older events removed by scheduled and on-access cleanup. Turning usage sharing off removes your recorded usage events. Usage recording starts after opt-in and does not reconstruct earlier activity.
Security and account access
PentOme uses signed-in accounts and access controls to keep each person’s information associated with their account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. No online service can promise absolute security, and Early Access security and operational controls will continue to be strengthened.
What PentOme does not claim
PentOme is in Early Access. It is not a therapist, doctor, emergency service or safeguarding authority. It also does not claim that every part of every conversation automatically becomes permanent memory. Personal data should remain distinguishable from AI observations and user-confirmed insights.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing is a protective layer across the PentOme experience. When reflection and safety conflict, safety comes first.
Changes and formal privacy information
This page describes the privacy behaviour of the current Early Access product. It should be expanded into a complete formal privacy notice, including controller identity, contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, individual rights and processor information, before wider commercial launch and as those operational details are finalised.
Your Saved items and video players
Pins, favourites, bookmarks and their personal notes belong to your signed-in account. Saving a conversation or Journal entry does not share it with reviewers. Remove saved items in Saved. External video players and direct video files connect to their hosts only after you choose to load them; those providers receive connection information and apply their own privacy policies. Opening an external saved link also connects to its destination.
Human-support appointment interest
If you register interest, your email, optional name, consent wording and submission date are stored in the team support inbox. They are used to manage your request and send appointment updates only, separately from general product emails. Joining does not share your private Talk or Journal, book a session or create a payment commitment. You can withdraw consent or request removal through Contact, choosing Privacy & data. Registrations marked withdrawn must not be contacted.
Submitted feedback
Feedback you submit is stored for the PentOme team to review, including your chosen topic, message and optional details. Signed-in submissions are associated with your account. You can also submit without an account. An optional reply email is stored only with your permission to contact you about that feedback; it does not subscribe you to product updates.
The PentOme Within
If you register interest, we store your email, optional name, submission dates and consent choices. Interest and optional Within email updates are separate; joining the list does not grant preview access or subscribe you to general product emails. The PentOme team can review registrations. Withdraw or ask for removal through Contact, choosing Privacy & data. Withdrawn registrations must not receive updates. Private preview journeys store your visited places and discoveries against your account, separately from Talk and Journal. Preview access is limited to the owner and an explicitly invited team account.
