Why PentOme remembers
Memory exists to create continuity: to avoid starting from zero and to help you notice what matters over time. PentOme should use saved context only when it is relevant, not recite your history back to you.
PentOme uses AI and personal continuity to help you reflect over time. This page explains what the current Private Alpha actually stores, remembers and exposes.
Signed-in accounts: supported conversations, Me/profile information, Journal entries, Insights, Journey items and Actions are stored server-side against your unique account ID. Your browser may also keep a local cache for resilience; it is not the source of truth.
Guests: guest conversations and supported guest data remain in that browser. They are not treated as a signed-in personal history.

AI may notice a possible value, belief, goal, insight or reflection. That does not automatically become part of Me or My Journey. Contextual controls ask you to confirm meaningful personal data before it is stored there.
Normal Admin pages do not provide routine access to a user’s conversations, Journal, Me or Actions. Exceptional private-content access is currently disabled. Alpha testers can deliberately share selected material for support or research.
PentOme’s Talk experience is powered by an AI model. Relevant conversation and selected personal context can be sent to the AI service to produce a response. PentOme adds its own conversation rules, personal-data controls, continuity and Five-based architecture around that model.
You can edit or clear information in Me, delete conversations, delete Journal entries and delete Actions using their current controls. PentOme should not treat something you reject as a confirmed personal truth.
PentOme is designed to be cautious with sensitive history. Sensitive older material should not be surfaced automatically just because it exists; the current conversation should make that context relevant first.
PentOme is still an early product. It does not claim to be a therapist, doctor, emergency service or safeguarding authority. It also does not claim that every piece of conversation automatically becomes a permanent memory. Personal data should be distinguishable from AI observations and user-confirmed insights.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing is a protective layer across the PentOme experience. When reflection and safety conflict, safety comes first.
